We want you to be happy with your purchase, however please keep in mind that our items are pre-owned. To protect yourself from disappointment or something unexpected, we strongly encourage you to closely inspect item photos, descriptions, and details before purchasing anything and then again upon delivery or pickup. If you’re unsure about an item’s condition, dimensions, quantity, or description, contact us with your questions before making a purchase. Please note colors of the item may slightly vary in reality, due to lighting, reflections, camera settings and your device screen settings.
We offer a 15 day return. Email [email protected] to initiate a return of an item. Each returned item needs to be received in original condition. We reserve the right to deduct for any damage that may have occurred not related to transportation.
For returns with an original receipt/order confirmation, we will issue you a credit in the original form of payment. If you do not have a receipt, we can either offer you a store credit for the current selling price, or we can make an exchange for merchandise equal to the current selling price. Unfortunately we cannot refund duties, taxes, or shipping charges.
- Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable, and that we do not provide free return shipping, unless we finds that the item was damaged beyond repair in transportation or determines that the item was grossly misrepresented.
- Refunds will be processed within approximately 14 business days after we receive your return.
